Our punishment system may be different than other servers you've played.
Read through them carefully and don't hesitate to ask staff for any clarification.
The Four Types Of Punishments
Mute - You are not allowed to type in public chat or send private messages to players.
Temporary Ban (Temp-ban) - You are removed from the server for a period of time, but you are allowed to re-join after your punishment is done.
Ban - You are removed from the server, and you are no longer allowed to re-join.
Blacklist (IP-ban) - Your IP address is blocked from our server, and no Minecraft account can join through your IP.
Hacked clients of any kind are not allowed on our server. Examples of hacking include, but are not limited to - flying hacks, aimbot, kill aura, anti kb, etc. You will be banned by the decision of the staff member.
Strictly no unauthorized mods of any kind are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to - x-ray, damage indicator, inventory sorters, oq.minebot, anti-AFK, etc.
Our current approved mods are:
Better Sprint/Toggle Sprint
Armor/Potion Status Hud
Schematica (Printer is allowed)
PLEASE NOTE: Any mods not listed here are not fair game. Any and all staff members have the right to give punishment based on the type of mod you use. If you would like a mod looked at, please post it in the suggestions section in the forums.
Any type of third party program that interferes(directly or indirectly) with the Minecraft client to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Examples include(but are not limited to) auto clickers, macros, multiple attack buttons (multiple buttons/keys bound to left-click), editing hardware to allow clicking faster than humanly possible (drag clicking), and changing default mouse interactions (like double/triple click on a single click).
Exploiting a bug in native Minecraft or a plugin will result in any chosen punishment, depending on the member of staff.
Purposely making yourself look like a rule-breaker will result in you being punished as if you were breaking said rule (making yourself look like you're hacking.) If you are going to waste the moderator's time on you instead of a real rule breaker, you will be considered the real rule breaker.
Glitching into bases is not allowed and bannable.
Which include enderpearl glitching and glitching mobs (such as creepers) into blocks in order to bypass protected walls.
Abusing the World Border, in any way, is not allowed.
Includes, but not limited to abusing enderpearls to get teleported, bypassing world border to get to dry areas of base, or anything else that ruins the integrity of the game.
Try to be respectful to all players, staff, and administrators. We allow trash talk, but only to a certain extent. Staff members decide when the disrespect is excessive.
No racial/homophobic slurs of any kind are permitted in chat (Including server, discord, and website). Staff members decide whether to give warnings or not.
Any threats of DDoS, Dox, harassment, blackmail, or extortion (sarcastically or not) - will result in a permanent ban, or a mute from the server. This can also apply to other forms of external communication, depending on the staff member who gives punishment.
Advertising another Minecraft server or related gaming server can result in any given punishment.
Do not spam chat/forums with nonsense. This includes spamming known + famous player names, random characters, and words, repeating messages in a short time, etc.
Any type of impersonation of known players or staff can result in punishments.
Abusing commands (including messaging other players) can result in punishment.
Try to keep "hackusations" to the player report forum, or by messaging a staff member. (Please do NOT spam either.)
Do not bypass the chat filter. Bypassing the filter will result in any given punishment.
Sending any inappropriate links will be dealt with any given punishment. (This includes but is not limited to: pornographic links, screamers, or any other form of adult content).
Excessive death threats or suicide encouragement such as "go kill yourself" or "drink bleach" will result in a severe punishment.
Discussion of punishments you are not directly involved in, on the public forums of the website, without staff permission, are prohibited and will be closed immediately. Repeated breaking of the rules will result in any punishment, depending on severity. General rule discussion is still allowed as long as it's not centered on a single case of a punished person.
Questioning of SAC and other anti-hack plugins in the public forums of the website is forbidden. General questions and complaints should be handled in ban appeals section and/or private messaging to the correct staff member. Posting videos and/or complaints of other people in relation to the anti-hack plugins will result in any given punishment.
Do not lie or falsify evidence in ban/staff reports or ban appeals. You will be banned or will stay banned.
There's a 15 chunk buffer limit for factions.
Do not chargeback for a refund. If you chargeback before talking to us, you will most likely be banned. If you need a refund, contact us on the forums, or in-game, and we'll see what we can do. Issuing a chargeback might also result in your future accounts being banned and your IP being banned, regardless of anything else.
Bitch claiming not allowed. Ask for them to be removed.
Don't pretend to be another player(This can include /nick, or by changing name)
Don't use /nick in a way that can break the rules (Including impersonating, derogatory terms, etc). We reserve the right to remove your permission.
There is a faction member limit of 30. There is no rules on whether those are real player or not, however any attempted abuse of this privilage will result in removal of said faction member.
If found breaking the rules using an alt, both alt and your main will be punished accordingly.
Using an alt faction to add buffer claims around your base will result in a disband of alt faction.
Alts are not allowed to win FTop, if you create a faction using an alt and they win any position on FTop, your faction will be disqualified.
Alt logging is against the rules and integrity of the game. Setting home in faction territory is blocked, so logging an alt inside a base is as well.
Ban/mute evasion that causes disruptive behavior on the server could result in a continuous blanket mute and/or ban up to a blacklisting.
IP bans are not allowed to be evaded. Logging into accounts while IP banned may result in the accounts becoming banned as well.
The use of VPNs or any other identity masking tools will result in any account that uses them being banned.
Granite will never be a part of the in-game store.
You are not allowed to attempt to exchange virtual items or services for real life money or other items not on the server. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Selling clans/accounts for money, exchanging Minecraft accounts for items from another game/server (such as CSGO and other games like it.) is not allowed. That also means scamming for those items is not allowed either.
Do not post things like "accepted" on other player's staff applications. This WILL result in warnings and eventual banning from the forums.
Staff members do not need a reason to give you a punishment.
Spamming of any type, in any of the Acropolis rooms, will result in a mute.
Any sort of racist, homophobic, or anti-religion messages will be instantly removed and will most likely result in a mute.
Certain swear words are not allowed to be said in the discord. Our bot will remove the message and issue a warning accordingly. A full list of words is unavailable to the public.
Using the staff mentions (@helper, @mod, @admin, @owner, @staff) without an appropriate reason will result in a mute.
Any threats of DDoS, Dox, harassment, blackmail, or extortion (sarcastically or not) - will result in a permanent ban from both the Discord and the server.
Failing to move your conversation to a different chat, when asked by a staff member, will result in a mute.
Evading a mute by using another account is strictly forbidden. Members of staff will either mute or ban the alternate account and also add more mute time to your account. If evading your mute becomes a problem, staff members may ban your account from using the discord.
We have an NSFW channel for a reason. If you put any inappropriate links or photos in any chat other than NSFW, you will be instantly muted.
Appeals can only be made on accounts that have been banned or muted for over one week. Appeals can be made in the normal appeal forum, pay attention to the template thread for more information.
After a certain amount of warnings, you will be muted. Staff members have the right to mute you at any time if they see fit.
